Description: Gold brocade dress patterned with an oak-leaf design. The neckline is trimmed in gold ribbon, sequins, and rosettes. The high waist has a band of red velvet decorated with gold embroidery. The hanging sleeves have turnbacks of red velvet decorated with gold embroidery. The skirt is split at the front to reveal an underskirt. Worn with underskirt ROH/PRO/COS/0003638.
