Description: |
Long-sleeved jacket with the peplum cut away at the lower front to show a false pink velvet waistcoat. The body of the jacket is of a silver metallicised fabric with a watermarked effect. The sleeves are a cream fabric overlaid with silver effect chiffon; they are decorated with silver and gold effect embroidery and pink ribbon. The cuffs are decorated with gold effect embroidery and trimmed with a bright pink edging. The epaulettes and tops of the sleeves are trimmed with gold effect braid and pink ribbons. The neck edge, frogging, and front edge are trimmed with gold effect braid and edged in a bright pink trim. The false pink velvet waistcoat is trimmed with gold braid and gold filigree buttons. |
