Notes: Ashton created this work for Margot Fonteyn and himself for the centennial gala of the Metropolitan Opera House entitled 'One Hundred Years of Lively Art at the Met'. It was performed again at the Royal Opera House's Gala Tribute to Sir Frederick Ashton on his 80th birthday.
