'The ballet is dedicated by the Choreographer to Dame Ninette de Valois, founder of The Royal Ballet.' The original 'Anastasia' was a one-act work, created in 1967 for the Berlin Ballet; it became the third act of this three-act work. The electronic music was produced by the Studio of the Technical University of West Berlin.
