Notes: For 'A Celebration of Dance', a gala to benefit London Contemporary Dance Theatre, Kenneth MacMillan created solos for three LCDT dancers, with whom he had worked on The Royal Opera's 1984 production of 'Tannhäuser'. Each solo had a title (composer in brackets): 'Without Ceremony' (Bach), 'Untitled' (Rakhmaninov) and 'Descent' (Telemann).
