| Notes: |
The four composers collaborated on this opera: Cui composed Act I, Musorgsky and Rimsky-Korsakov Acts II and III, and Borodin Act IV. The opera was never performed, and the composers re-used their music in other pieces. Rimsky-Korsakov arranged and orchestrated numbers 5-7 of Borodin's Act IV as a concert piece, published in 1892 under the title 'Finale de l'Opéra-Ballet inachevé "Mlada" '. Clarification on Royal Opera House premiere: In 1946, The Covent Garden Orchestra performed only the Finale.
