Notes: During the course of this production, the name of the characters Cinderella's Step-Sisters changed in punctuation and case. In the first two seasons they were Cinderella's Stepsisters; in the 1951-1956 revivals Cinderella's Stepsisters in Acts I and II and Cinderella's Step-sisters in Act III; in the 1958 and 1959 revivals Cinderella's Step-sisters (throughout); and in the 1962 revival Cinderella's Step-Sisters. The performance records follow the programmes.
