Notes: Performance dedicated to Anya Sainsbury, who as Anya Linden, danced the role of Aurora with The Royal Ballet at the Royal Opera House on 6 May 1958. At the end of the performance Monica Mason went on stage to acknowledge Anya Sainsbury and Lord Sainsbury who were in the audience. Role of The Bluebird supported by Heritage on behalf of the late Paul Ferguson.
